How to make
Prepare the chocolate, butter and sugar in an ovenproof cookware. Place the cookware over a pot of heated water and melt it in a water bath. Cool it down.
Beat the eggs and mix them well with the chocolate mixture. Add the flour with the vanilla and mix well again, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Grease the bowls in which you will bake the soufflé with a little butter and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Tap off the excess.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowls and place them in the freezer for an hour. When ready, bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.
The easy chocolate molten lava cake is ready.
