How to make
Dilute the flour in a little lukewarm water. Beat the yolks separately. Pour the milk into a saucepan and boil it.
Add sugar, cocoa, chocolate, beaten egg yolks and finally the flour to it.
The heat of the hob is reduced and the cream is stirred vigorously, in order for it to turn out smooth and to thicken.
The resulting chocolate mixture is used for chocolate cakes, sponge cakes and chocolate sweets.
