How to make
Pour the chocolate spread and sour cream into a deep bowl. Beat with the mixer well until you get a creamy mixture.
Place the first cake layer in a platter, syrup it with 6-7 tbsp of compote juice and smear on 1/3 of the cream. Place the second layer on top and do the same as with the first. Put the 3rd layer on top, syrup it and smear with the chocolate cream on the top and sides.
For decoration: Pour a packet of white hot chocolate powder into a glass and mix it with a little hot water to get a runny mixture.
Scoop it with a spoon and make circles on the cake's top. Then use a toothpick to smear the white chocolate from the center to the edges of the cake. And that is how you get the spiderweb decoration.
The cake itself is extremely tasty and remarkably aromatic.
