"Something very tasty with broccoli that even the little ones will love - orzo with broccoli and mushrooms."

Ingredients

  • orzo pasta - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • broccoli - 1 medium head
  • field mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cream - 5 fl oz (150 ml)
  • parmesan - 1.8 oz (50 g) grated
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • butter - 0.7 oz (20 g) or olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the broccoli into florets and boil them for 5 minutes in boiling water. Then strain them.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil and fry the garlic cloves, previously chopped, for a minute.

Then add the mushrooms, also chopped. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Once the mushrooms are fried, add the processed cheese, cream and broccoli.

After 5 minutes, add the already cooked and strained orzo pasta and parmesan. Stir to mix the ingredients well and then serve.
