How to make

Put the spaghetti to boil in a pot with salted water. While they are cooking, prepare the sauce. In another pot, heat water with a little salt.

The broccoli is washed and chopped into smaller pieces and then they are placed in the boiling water for about five minutes.

Then they are taken out and transferred into a bowl with ice water so that they do not lose their color.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced ​​garlic cloves in it. The bacon, which is pre-cut into medium-sized pieces, is added to the garlic.

Once it is slightly fried, add the broccoli and cream. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper and let it simmer for another five minutes.

The strained spaghetti is placed on a plate and served with the prepared sauce.
