"There`s something irresistible about the combination of broccoli and blue cheese, especially when you`ve got spaghetti boiled al dente as a catalyst."

Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 pack
  • broccoli - 14 oz (400 g)
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • blue cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cooking cream - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • curry - 2 tablespoons, sauce
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves

How to make

Cook the spaghetti in a little salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and drain them. Clean the broccoli, break it into florets, soak them for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, then immediately rinse them with cold.

Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and fry the chopped garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add the broccoli, crumbled blue cheese, curry sauce and cream. Season with salt, pepper and curry sauce.

Add the spaghetti, stir well, and after 1-2 minutes, remove it from the heat.
