How to make
Boil the pasta in 1 liter of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes and strain it.
For the sauce, heat the butter in a pot and add the flour, stir for about 1 minute.
Pour the cold milk, add the diced ham, the grated yellow cheese and stir, until it boils and thickens.
Before removing it from the heat, add the strained tagliatelle, salt (if needed) and as much oregano as you like.
Leave them for 3 minutes on low heat and remove them from heat.
The tagliatelle in a delicious white sauce are ready.
