How to make
The minced meat is mixed with the finely chopped onion, the soaked in water and squeezed slice of bread, black pepper and rice.
Small meatballs are formed, which are then rolled in flour.
In 1.5 liters of water add the chopped onion and carrot, celery and parsley. Season with salt. Boil the vegetables until they're semi-soft.
Add the meatballs and boil them for 20-25 minutes.
Take them out from the broth.
The vegetables are also take out. Blend and pour them back into the liquid.
Melt the butter in a pot. Add the flour and once it's fried, dilute it with the broth.
Beat the eggs with a wire whisk and add the milk.
The egg and milk mixture is added to the broth.
Once the sauce boils, add the meatballs.
The meatballs in sauce are left on the stove only long enough to boil and are taken off.
The delicious meatballs with white sauce are served sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
