How to make
Cut the pork into small pieces, put them in a tray with 1/2 cup water and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 20 min.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to packet directions. To make the sauce, mix the cream and milk with the grated cheese (set aside a little for the end), processed cheese and blue cheese.
Season with black pepper and put in a casserole with the melted butter, stir nonstop on moderate heat. After 5-6 min, the sauce will begin to thicken, remove it from the stove at that point.
Cut the bacon into thin pieces and braise in 1 tbsp olive oil until golden; at the end add the pork pieces and garlic, stir and fry another 2 min.
Drain the pasta and serve in a plate, while adding pork with bacon and pouring on cheese sauce. Decorate with the rest of the cheese on top.
Optionally, use a flavored processed cheese - mushroom, emmental, cheddar, ham or, as in my case, green tagliatelle (spinach-flavored).
