"If you`re on a diet, you`re definitely not in the right place!! The only kinds of people we`ve got gathered here are those who love tasty and high quality food."

Ingredients

  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tsp (10 ml)
  • garlic - 1 clove, old
  • black pepper - 1 pinch of ground
  • processed cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • blue cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sour cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • pork - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • tagliatelle - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • bacon - 10.5 oz (300 g)
measures

How to make

Cut the pork into small pieces, put them in a tray with 1/2 cup water and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 20 min.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to packet directions. To make the sauce, mix the cream and milk with the grated cheese (set aside a little for the end), processed cheese and blue cheese.

Season with black pepper and put in a casserole with the melted butter, stir nonstop on moderate heat. After 5-6 min, the sauce will begin to thicken, remove it from the stove at that point.

Cut the bacon into thin pieces and braise in 1 tbsp olive oil until golden; at the end add the pork pieces and garlic, stir and fry another 2 min.

Drain the pasta and serve in a plate, while adding pork with bacon and pouring on cheese sauce. Decorate with the rest of the cheese on top.

Optionally, use a flavored processed cheese - mushroom, emmental, cheddar, ham or, as in my case, green tagliatelle (spinach-flavored).
