How to make
Peel and chop the spinach and garlic.
Boil the tagliatelle according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan on a medium heat.
Fry the garlic, spinach and chopped basil for about 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and blue cheese.
Stir, until it is melted and a sauce is formed. Add the cooked tagliatelle to the sauce.
If the sauce is too thick, you can add some of the water in which the pasta has boiled.
Cook for about 5 minutes and sprinkle with parmesan.
