How to make
Combine all the ingredients for the stuffing in a suitable container and stir well. Cut the pork into 2 lengthwise, so as to obtain a large piece with a thickness of 1 1/2″ (4 cm). Distribute the filling along the surface of the meat, wrap it into a roll and hold it firmly together with thick thread.
Place the roll in a greased tray, sprinkle it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake for about an hour in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
Let the cooked roll cool slightly, then serve it cut into pieces and garnished with dill.
