Ingredients

  • tagliatelle - 1 package, 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • spinach - 1.1 lb (500 g) frozen or more fresh
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • vegetable broth - 1/2 cube
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oil
  • lime - optional

How to make

The pasta is boiled in salted water.

The onion is cut into small pieces and the garlic is finely chopped. Cut the mushrooms into slices. If it is fresh, the spinach is washed and the leaves are torn.

Fry the onion along with the mushrooms in heated oil. When they brown, add the garlic. Add the soy sauce and pour 1/2 cup of the water the pasta was boiled in, then add the broth. If desired, a little cooking cream can be poured.

1-2 minutes later, add the spinach and let it soften.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If desired, squeeze a little lime juice.

The tagliatelle is strained and rinsed and mixed with the spinach and mushrooms.

Mix well and the meal is ready to be served.
