  • spinach - 14 oz (400 g)
  • mascarpone - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • cream - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • parmesan - 1 handful
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • salt

How to make

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the directions on the package.

In the meantime, wash and chop the spinach. Heat the olive oil in a deep container. Braise the finely chopped garlic and nutmeg.
