Pour the flour on a flat surface and create a well in the middle.
Separate the yolks from 5 eggs and put them in the created well and start to mix them lightly with the dough.
If necessary, you can add the egg white to the kneaded homemade pasta dough.
After kneading the dough for the pasta, roll it out well, so that it is transparent.
Italians say that the dough must be so thinly rolled out, that you're actually able to read a love letter through it!
When you're done, cut it with a knife into strips (as wide as you want them) and hang the fettuccine somewhere for 20 minutes to dry.
When boiling the pasta, keep in mind that it takes a little time to boil - about 7-10 minutes.
