Ingredients

  • milk - 3 1/5 cups (750 ml)
  • yeast - 2 tbsp (30 g), fresh
  • butter - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2.5 lb (1.2 kg)

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in part of the warmed milk and add the sugar to it. Once the yeast becomes effervescent, pour it in a bowl with the sifted flour.

Add the butter, eggs, salt and milk. Mix the dough and let it rise for 20-30 minutes.
