"The secret of delicious tagliatelle is in the combination of ingredients with which you will serve them. In this case they are more than amazing, prepared with chicken and cream sauce."

Ingredients

  • tagliatelle - 9 oz (250 g)
  • chicken breasts - 12 oz (350 g)
  • heavy cream - 7 oz (200 ml)
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • salt
  • flour - 1 tsp.
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • basil

How to make

Boil the meat in water and salt until it's cooked and tear it into large pieces (I used the white meat of a young chicken and so I chose to boil it instead of frying it and even when it is boiled it is very tasty and fragrant).

Boil the pasta in water with a little salt and oil, when it is ready, strain it from the water and distribute it into plates.

Put the cream in a pan and heat it, add the flour and stir until you have a smooth mixture, add the spices and remove it from the heat.

Distribute the sauce in all the plates on the pasta, add the chicken, sprinkle it with grated cheese. If the heat of the sauce and pasta is not enough to melt it, put each plate in the microwave for a few seconds.
