Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • cream - 10 fl oz (300 ml)
  • chicken meat - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • egg yolks - 2
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • parmesan - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the spaghetti in salted water and strain them.

Finely chop the mushrooms and garlic and fry them in the oil until soft. Add the diced chicken meat to them.

Let them stew until the meat is completely cooked. Add the yolks and cream and stir until the sauce thickens.

Finally, add the spaghetti to the sauce along with the salt and black pepper and stir until everything is mixed.

Serve the spaghetti hot and sprinkle them with parmesan.
