How to make
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and briefly fry the flour.
Pour the milk and stir with a wire whisk. Add salt and boil, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Sprinkle with black pepper and basil and remove it from the heat.
Separately, cook the tortellini, by following the instructions on the package. Strain and divide them into 2 plates.
Pour the bechamel sauce over them and serve them warm.
The tortellini with béchamel sauce are ready.
