How to make
Cut the pork meat into steaks. Tenderize each with a wooden mallet and rub with black pepper and salt.
Braise for a few min. in highly heated oil in order to crisp the meat well. Then transfer to a tray, pour in about 1/2 cup water and bake until fully ready.
Shortly before they're ready, prepare the Bechamel Sauce itself. For it, melt the butter in a suitable container. Gradually add the flour and braise it. While stirring nonstop, pour in the milk.
Add the ready sauce to the steaks, return to the oven to bake until completely ready.
