Cannelloni
The packaging for cannelloni says how long it takes to cook them (about 4 minutes) and then they're stuffed. It is extremely difficult to fill the hot cannelloni, they burn you fingers, so proceed in the following way.
Grab a raw cannelloni, hold it upright and push the stuffing with a small spoon and your fingers. They must be well filled.
At the bottom of the baking pan pour about 3-4 tbsp. of sauce. Distribute it evenly. Arrange the densely stuffed cannelloni on top and cover them very well with the sauce everywhere.
Cover the baking pan with a lid or aluminum foil and bake them at 390°F (200°C) for 30 minutes. After this time, remove the lid or aluminum foil, sprinkle generously with Parmesan and bake for another 15 minutes, until they aquire nice golden brown color.
The cannelloni with minced meat and tomato sauce are ready.
