How to make
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, peas, spices, onion and mushrooms. Fill the cannelloni with this mixture. Arrange them in a baking tray.
Stew the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and spices. After 10 minutes, pour the sauce over the cannelloni.
Cover with foil and bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with yellow cheese and finish baking.
The cannelloni with minced meat, peas and mushrooms are ready.
