How to make
Carve out the zucchini to form boats. Blanch in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Blanch the cannelloni in the same water for 2-3 minutes.
Line them up in baking dish greased with oil. Fry the mushrooms and the insides of the zucchini. Separately, fry the minced meat and then separately the onions, carrots and tomatoes.
Mix it all and add the spices. With this mixture, fill the zucchini and cannelloni.
Pour 1 cup of water in the tray, or for the water level to be 1 finger width from the bottom of the tray. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 25 minutes.
