How to make
Finely chop the onion and fry with the minced meat, until it crumbles and add the spices and tomato juice. Fry for another 5 minutes and remove it from the heat.
Cut the zucchini into thin circles and in a greased pan arrange a row of them and cover them with the fried minced meat.
Finish it off again with a row of zucchini. Bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
Prepare a filling from the eggs, yogurt and cheese, pour it over the zucchini and bake the gratin for another 10-15 minutes.
The minced meat and zucchini gratin is ready.
