How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin slices.
The minced meat is mixed with the egg, yoghurt, black pepper and salt and shaped into round meatballs. Place the zucchini in a greased pan.
Arrange the slices of potatoes around each zucchini to make it look like a flower. Sprinkle them with black pepper, salt, dill and savory herb.
Place a meatball on each flower and bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees).
Once the potatoes are fully baked, grate the yellow cheese and sprinkle it. Bake and sprinkle with parsley when serving.
