How to make
Cut the eggplant and zucchini lengthwise. They are grilled and salted.
The finely chopped onion and garlic are stewed in a pan. Add the minced meat.
Fry and add the peeled and chopped tomato and the paprika.
Season the mixture with black pepper and chopped parsley.
Grease a rectangular baking pan with oil.
Arrange a row of zucchini. A part of the minced meat is placed on them. Next up is a row of eggplant and minced meat. Finish off with a row of zucchini.
The casserole is placed in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the moussaka with zucchini and eggplants and bake, until the yellow cheese aquires an appetizing color.
