How to make
Finely chop the onion and carrot.
Heat a cup of olive oil in a pan and fry the vegetables briefly.
Add the minced meat diluted with a little water. Fry, until the minced meat changes its color.
Add the diced zucchini, washed rice and season with a pinch of parsley, a pinch of dill and a pinch of black pepper.
Add salt and transfer the products into a baking pan.
Add enough warm water to cover the ingredients. Bake at 370°F (190°C) in a preheated oven with a fan, until the rice is cooked.
In a bowl, beat the yolks with 1.1 lb (500 g) of yogurt and a pinch of salt.
Pour the casserole and bake, until the oven-baked rice aquires a golden crust.
Serve the zucchini and rice casserole with minced meat with a spoonful of yogurt.
