How to make
Add salt, black pepper, savory herb, cumin, parsley to the minced meat, mix well. Clean and wash the rice well, then add it to the minced meat.
The peppers are cleaned from the seeds and washed, then stuffed with the stuffing.
Arrange them in a suitable pot and pour hot water, add the oil, salt to taste, paprika, black pepper and put it on the stove over medium heat.
When the stuffing is ready, after about 30 minutes from the moment of boiling, the peppers are taken out on a tray and roasted in the oven at 390°F (200°C) for a short time (in order to easily remove the skin of the peppers).
Add the yogurt and flour thickener to the boiling stuffed pepper sauce, which is previously tempered.
Place the roasted stuffed peppers back into the sauce.
The finished stuffed peppers with minced meat and rice dish is sprinkled with parsley.
