How to make
The peppers are cleaned of their seeds.
Fry the onion, carrot and minced meat, add the finely chopped tomatoes. They need to boil for a little while and you can then add the rice. Let them simmer a bit and add the parsley.
Fill the peppers with this mixture of minced meat and rice. Arrange them in a pan, add a little water and salt and bake them.
Once they are fully baked, take them out and add the rest of the broth to the eggs with the milk and flour.
Gradually, pour it in so it doesn't lump up and then pour it on top of them.
Now you have very tasty stuffed peppers - just like the ones from years ago.
