How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Drizzle with a little olive oil and mix well.
Arrange whole cherry tomatoes and chopped leeks between the potatoes and place sprigs or leaves of rosemary on top.
Bake the potatoes in an oven at 370°F (190°C).
