How to make
The peppers are cleaned and salted.
Prepare the stuffing by frying the cleaned onion, add the cleaned and washed rice, pour about 1 cup of water, add salt and savory herb.
After the mixture is ready, add the minced meat and stuff the peppers, dip them in flour, so that the stuffing does not fall out and bake them in a baking pan with water /about 2-3 cups/.
