Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • thyme - 2 sprigs
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • minced meat - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • vegetable broth - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • butter - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • flour - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • milk - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml)
  • parmesan - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • lasagna sheets - 9 pcs.
  • gouda - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Chop the tomatoes, onion and thyme. The onion is fried in half the oil. Minced meat is added and also fried. Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, thyme and 3.3 fl oz (100 ml) of broth and let it boil for 5-6 minutes. It is flavored well.

Fry the flour for 1 minute in the heated butter. Add 6.8 fl oz (200 ml) of broth and milk. Boil for 5 minutes. Add the Parmesan. It is flavored with black pepper. The hard-boiled eggs are cut into circles. The zucchini is cut into circles is fried in the remaining oil.

1/3 of the Béchamel sauce is poured into a baking pan. Place 3 lasagna sheets on top. Add the zucchini and eggs and cover with 1/3 of the sauce.

3 new sheets are placed. Pour the minced meat over them and cover with the last 3 sheets.

On top of the lasagna you can put a few thinly sliced strips of zucchini and cover with the remaining sauce.

Sprinkle with the grated Gouda cheese. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 30-45 minutes.
