How to make

We prepare the mushrooms, the carrot and the onion in advance, cleaning them and cutting them finely.

To prepare the tomato sauce, heat oil in a saucepan and add the chopped onion to stew, then add the minced meat and stir until browned.

Add the mushrooms and carrot to it, fry them, pour the tomato juice, add salt and black pepper and let it boil a little, then remove from the heat.

Béchamel sauce:

Heat the oil in another vessel, fry the flour until golden and add the milk.

The sauce is stirred until it has thickened and seasoned with a little salt and black pepper. If it becomes too thick, it can be diluted with a little water.

In a baking pan, we begin to arrange a row of sheets, tomato sauce, Béchamel sauce, and on the last row we put sheets, Béchamel sauce and grated cheese.

We put the lasagna in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
