Ingredients

  • whole wheat pasta - 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs. (small/medium)
  • basil pesto - 4 - 5 tbsp.
  • shrimp - 12 pcs.
  • salt - 2 - 3 pinches
  • olive oil - about 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)

How to make

Roast the shrimp in a pan greased with olive oil.

A minute on each side in high heat is enough to change their color and be completely cooked. However, if yours are larger in size, roast them a little longer. When they are ready, set them aside.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package and while it is boiling, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and season with salt and olive oil.

Strain the cooked pasta from the water and mix it with the pesto and tomatoes.

Serve it in plates, by arranging the shrimp on each portion.
