How to make
Cut the cleaned tomatoes into pieces, add the finely chopped garlic to them and the torn basil leaves. Season with salt and black pepper and drizzle with 1/2 cup of olive oil.
Stir the mixture gently, cover the bowl with a lid and let it sit overnight or at least 2 hours - the longer it sits, the more aromatic it becomes.
Then heat a generous amount of water in a pot, add salt and boil the pasta, but without boiling it for too long. Strain the cooked pasta. Add it to the tomatoes and mix. Distribute it into plates and Blue Cheese or Brie on top.
