How to make
Prepare the sauce by mixing the ingredients well until homogeneous. Leave it aside.
Noodles are cooked according to package instructions.
Cut the cabbage into strips, the tofu into cubes, and the spring onions into small pieces.
Fry the tofu on all sides in hot oil. When ready, it is removed. In its place, the cabbage is fried until soft.
Return the tofu back and pour the sauce. Allow to simmer briefly over low heat. Stir occasionally because the starch thickens and can stick.
Finally, add the strained noodles and stir well to combine everything.
Before serving the instant noodles with tofu and cabbage sprinkle with spring onions.
