How to make
Pour hot water over the rice noodles. Soak them for about 10 minutes, until they soften. Strain them from the water and dry them.
Heat the butter, add the crushed garlic and rice spaghetti. Cook for 4-5 minutes, while stirring at all times.
Defrost the mussels. Blanch them briefly in hot water. Serve the noodles garnished with mussels. Drizzle them with lemon juice.
Serve them with soy sauce and fresh lettuce leaves.
