How to make
Wash the mussels and debeard them.
In a deep pot over moderate heat, stew the chopped garlic in the heated fat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the mussels and beer and boil them covered for 7-8 minutes until they open up.
Season the mussels with garlic and beer with salt and black pepper and sprinkle them with chopped parsley.
Serve them immediately.
