"This is how to prepare the most delicious rice noodles according to us - with sausage and fresh vegetables."

Ingredients

  • pork sausage - 1.1 lb (500 g), raw
  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • peppers - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • tomatoes - 1 pc. big
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • rice noodles - 1 package of 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

Cut the sausage into pieces.

Clean and cut the vegetables - the onion into thin crescents, the zucchini, carrot and pepper - into thin pieces, the garlic - into small pieces and peel the tomato and cut it into cubes.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan on the stove over medium heat.

Fry the sausage for about 10 min. Add the onion. Stir-fry until soft for about 2 minutes. Add the chopped zucchini, peppers, carrots, mix well and cover with a lid.

Stew for about 15 min. Remove, season with salt to taste and fry for another 5-10 min.

Meanwhile, scald the rice noodles in boiling water for about 5 min.

Strain and transfer the rice noodles into the pan with the sausage and vegetables.
