How to make
In a deep frying pan pour the oil and add the finely chopped onions and garlic. Stew for a short while. Add the washed, peeled and sliced carrots.
Boil water in a pot and place the noodles in it and in a short time they turn transparent and look glassy. Strain them.
Pour them into the pan with onions, garlic and carrots. Add the peas and canned corn and make sure to strain them beforehand.
Stir and add the soy sauce and black pepper. Leave them on the stove under observation for 5-7 minutes.
