How to make
Boil the water, add salt and boil the noodles for 3 minutes. Srain them and sprinkle them with sesame oil and olive oil.
Once the rice noodles have cooled, mix them with sesame seeds and peanuts. Season them with vinegar, wine, chopped garlic and soy sauce.
Finely chop the spring onions, sprinkle them before serving and add a slice of lemon.
The rice noodles with peanuts are delicious and easy.
