How to make
When preparing this recipe, use thicker rice noodles because there are also thin ones.
Boil them and strain them, add 1 tsp. of oil to them, so that they do not stick together and set them aside.
Cut the pork into thin strips, place them in a bowl and add the soy sauce, universal sauce and starch.
Stir and leave it aside.
The vegetables are cleaned and cut into thin strips. Chop the garlic, ginger and pepper.
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil and add the pork, fry it for about 10 minutes, until it's ready and remove it from the heat.
Put garlic, ginger and peppers in the same fat, fry them for a few seconds and immediately add the vegetables.
Stir, add salt and cook for about 5-10 minutes. They should remain slightly crunchy.
Then add the fried pork and rice noodles and stir constantly for about 1-2 minutes, to flavor the pork with rice noodles well.
