How to make
We chop the cabbage and in the baking pan in which we will cook it, we crush it with salt, pour with 4 tbsp. vinegar, 4 tbsp. oil, add black pepper and paprika according to taste, finely chopped peeled tomato and mix well. We leave it for about 30 minutes.
During this time, we wash, dry, cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and fry it on all sides, stirring. Once it acquires a golden color, we add 2-3 cup water and leave it to boil for about 20 minutes, adding the chopped carrot.
Once the meat softens, we pour everything into the baking pan with the cabbage, mix and place it in the oven on low heat to cook for about 40-50 minutes.
The cooking time depends on how tender the cabbage is, because it is enough for the meat. Shortly before it's ready, you can turn on the top heating element to brown it. But this is optional, as is adding a pinch of ground nutmeg.
