  • cabbages - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg), fresh
  • tomatoes - 1 cup, canned
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 3 bunches
  • citric acid - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Chop the cabbage finely, rub it with salt and fry in heated oil until softened.

Add the chopped tomatoes and paprika. Pour hot water over it and saute on low heat.

Transfer it, semi-boiled, to a tray and bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven.
