Ingredients

  • fresh cabbage - 1 medium - sized head
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 1 stalk
  • tomatoes - 1 bowl
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • salt - by taste
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • dill
  • parsley
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.

How to make

Cut the cabbage into strips, cut the carrots (peeled) into crescents, cut the onion into small pieces along with the garlic.

The tomatoes are peeled and cut into pieces.

Stew the onions, garlic, carrots and cabbage in a pot with heated oil.

When the volume drops, add the chopped tomatoes, paprika, chopped parsley, dill and bay leaf.

Pour water just below the products, add as much salt as you like and black pepper.

Transfer everything into a baking pan and bake in a moderately heated oven for 35 minutes, until the cabbage is ready.

Serve the dish sprinkled with dill.
