How to make
The peppers are roasted, peeled and blended. They must be cleaned from their seeds in advance.
Add the eggs, grated or chopped onion, white cheese, chopped parsley, savory herb and as much salt and black pepper as you like.
Mix everything well and add enough breadcrumbs to make a thick mixture. Form the vegetable patties and fry them in heated oil.
Before serving, decorate them with parsley leaves.
The vegetarian pepper patties are ready.
