How to make
The two types of fat are mixed and the chopped onion and garlic are stewed. Add the rice and pour 4 1/4 cups of water. Add the broth and stir.
Sprinkle with black pepper and leave the dish on low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms, peas and peppers.
Let the rice simmer for another 10-15 minutes and you can add a little more water (3/4 cup). Once it's ready, serve the risotto with chopped spring onions.
