How to make
For the patties:
Grate the zucchini, the carrot and the two potatoes. Let them drain well from the water they release. Add breadcrumbs, egg, white cheese and spices to them.
Shape the zucchini patties and refrigerate them for about an hour.
Fry them in heated oil in a pan, by rolling in flour beforehand.
The hob should not be on the strongest setting.
Remove vegetable patties and place them onto kitchen paper.
The sauce:
Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, dill and salt to taste.
For people who have less time to cook, it is very convenient if the mixture is prepared earlier and left in the refrigerator. And when you have time, just fry them.
The Zucchini and Potato Patties can also be baked in the oven.
