"Fried vegetarian zucchini patties with your favorite yogurt sauce."

Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) feta
  • spices
  • black pepper - a generous pinch
  • savory herb - 1/3 tsp.
  • oregano - 1/3 tsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • for the sauce
  • yogurt - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
  • dill - 1 tsp.
  • salt - to taste

How to make

For the patties:

Grate the zucchini, the carrot and the two potatoes. Let them drain well from the water they release. Add breadcrumbs, egg, white cheese and spices to them.

Shape the zucchini patties and refrigerate them for about an hour.

Fry them in heated oil in a pan, by rolling in flour beforehand.

The hob should not be on the strongest setting.

Remove vegetable patties and place them onto kitchen paper.

The sauce:

Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, dill and salt to taste.
