How to make
Cut the sauerkraut into strips, the onion finely and grate the carrot. Heat oil in pot and fry the onions and carrots first and then add the sauerkraut.
Top with some hot water and wine and sauté until soft. Add salt, black pepper and paprika. Put the rice into the pot, after pre-soaking it for 20 minutes in water. Mix for 1-2 minutes and add savory.
Put everything into a greased tray, fill with 2-3 cups of hot water and put to cook until the water is completely absorbed by the rice. Serve with 1 tablespoon of yoghurt if desired.
