  • pork ribs - 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
  • fresh cabbage - 1 large cabbage
  • canned tomatoes - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper grains - a few
  • paprika
  • parsley - for sprinkling

How to make

Cut the ribs into pieces, wash and dry them. Season them with salt and black pepper. Seal them in a pan on all sides and leave them in a warm place.

Cut the cabbage into pieces and rub it with salt.

In a deep cookware, stew the cabbage with a glass of water until it changes its color, add the tomatoes and paprika and leave it to simmer on the stove.

Remove it from the heat and add a few grains of black pepper, Pour the cabbage into a baking pan and arrange the ribs on top.

Add a little water, if necessary. Bake them for an hour in the oven and serve them with garlic cloves and sprinkled with fresh parsley.
